I'm jus sayin, if bans are going to be handed out left and right to players who are only still here out of loyalty to a dying community, there should at least be some better explanation than a link bringing me to a '404 error' screen.
You know how discouraging it is to try continuing to breath life into a game who has a section of management that treats us like were lucky to even be here?
Were the ones pouring hundreds of dollars into this game, yet I can get better customer service from a disgruntled McDonald's employee because they at least have some accountability for their actions.
You know what would happen to that employee if they just chose to throw out a regular customer with little to no reason, all on their own? They would be fired. The fact that we come back at all brings us back to my main point that those of us who are still here are the most damn loyal customers you can get and we deserve to be treated as such. How about the benefit of the doubt, or some kind of outreach before the banhammer is just thrown around... |

I think any interaction with a customer is considered customer service. Customer Support might be it's own separate title - in which I'm sure customer service is a major part of the job - but customer service is not exclusive to any positition. |

Without going into too much detail, you DID NOT explain what happened to me. You posted an impersonal quote ripped out of the rules and in no way implied how that pertains to me or what I did. When I rebuttled my case with clear, undeniable evidence, you failed to even acknowledge said evidence and sent me another link to the rule page.
I'm hoping my points are actually taken seriously, as I did NOT break rules, and am suffering a great injustice
Save me uncle archduke, don't just send me quotes of the rules, tell me how I broke them, or if unable to explain how I broke them, be an advocate against the communal tyranny imposed on these forums  |

The thing is, we have to be formal in ticket replies, and it can sometimes come through as being rude, but we really just try to help. I sent you another reply, but let's not go any further here, as I would not want to get either of us in any more trouble.
I appreciate your continued support in my many and frequent help tickets. I understand that you deal with the worst of it from the community as I'm sure it's rare that people send in help tickets when they're feeling good about the game. Understand that the frustration coming from the gamer's side is out of love for a game we wish we could say was doing better than it is.
